I'm definitely interested in this. I'd just have to get off work a bit earlier. Although this could also conflict with fast pitch a bit early on in the season.

we are looking for a start in september because we dont want the league going too long into the end of the season, possibly september 12
also the 6pm start time isnt set in stone yet either, considering its a trios we could start at 7 and still be done by 9, but 6pm is the time everyone is used to bowling at...
we will have a captains meeting in the future and discuss all things we should as a league to make it most convenient for all...
Tim if you are interested in becoming a team captain u can email me at hoopdy@sympatico.ca

Sorry, I haven't been on here for awhile. Just seeing your response now. I don't know if I'd want to be a captain or not - maybe you got enough already. I'm not opposed to it though. I just have one question though. If my baseball runs into the beginning of the season, will I be able to prebowl during the day or something?

There wont be any prebowls allowed in this league, but wo do expect every team to have at least a 4 man roster, hopefully 5, so you can miss the first month and your team will be all set...

so far we have 6 committed team captains, you would be 7, what were looking for in a team captain is to put your whole team together with at least a 4 man roster...

we need 10 team captains to put together their own team to make this league a go...

we are getting more and more interest as time goes, hopefully we can get a few more people to commit to being a team captain soon...

individual bowlers are also welcome and can be formed into a team or added to a current roster...
we all know that we want to do it, and we all know that well regret it if we dont
so lets get at least 10 teams and make this league a success

Ok, I'll see if I can find some people. Do you know how much the weekly fees are going to be?

It will more than likely be $30 per week because its a shorter season and its only trios....

Jackpots will be optional and will consist of scratch, handicap, and team formats...
All jackpots will be run by Matt and I and will be between 20 - 40 a week....

were thinking something like $20 across the board for scratch, $10 across the board for handicap, and a $10 dollar per team handicap king of the hill....this way it would be $34 a week if you got in all pots...
